Enterprise ICT engineering since 2014
The engineers behind serious infrastructure.
We design, implement and run the systems organisations cannot afford to have fail: Linux and cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, security and end to end monitoring. Built by certified engineers, supported around the clock, on site or anywhere in the world.
Red Hat, SUSE, Oracle MySQL, Zimbra, LogicalDOC, Pentaho, NCheck, Breakpoint and Linux Professional Institute partner.
What we do
Nine service lines, one accountable team
Most of our work is the unglamorous kind: the platform, the mail server, the database, the monitoring. It is also the work that decides whether everything else functions on a Monday morning. Delivered remotely or on site, for organisations of any size.
Accredited
We are certified by the vendors we implement
Partner status is not a badge on a website. It means our engineers are trained and examined by the vendor, and that when something breaks the answer comes from someone who has done it before.

Introducing
The technologies we are building toward
These are areas we are investing in rather than services we are selling today. We would rather tell you where we are heading than claim a capability before it is real.
Why TecFlax
Engineers first, resellers second
TecFlax Solutions Limited was established in 2014 by a team of young engineers. That origin still shapes how we work: we implement what we can support, and we support what we implement.
- Wherever you operate. We are headquartered in Nairobi and hold partner accreditations across the Africa region, and we deliver remotely and on site for clients wherever they are. Most of what we do is platform work that does not care about borders.
- Registered engineers. Our team includes engineers registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya, alongside vendor certifications from Red Hat, SUSE, Oracle, Zimbra and the Linux Professional Institute.
- An approved training partner. TecFlax is a Linux Professional Institute Approved Training Partner for the Africa region and is registered with the National Industrial Training Authority under NITA/TRN/1470.
- Open source where it serves you. Most of what we implement is open source and self-hostable, so you keep your data, you keep your options, and licensing does not decide your architecture.
- Supported around the clock. Every service line can be covered by a 24/7/365 SLA support and maintenance agreement, remote or on site.
- Straight answers. If a cheaper option would serve you better, or if what you are asking for is not the right fix, we will say so before the invoice rather than after it.

Tell us what is not working
Ageing servers, a mail platform nobody wants to touch, monitoring that nobody trusts, or a project that needs engineers who will still be there in a year. Start the conversation and we will come back with something practical.
